Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an Apple Watch Series 8, approximate retail value (“ARV”): $389.00. Four (4) Runner-up winners will be chosen to receive Apple AirPods Pro, approximate retail value (“ARV”): $239.00. Total Retail Value (“TRV”) for all prizes: approximately $1,345.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
There are two (2) methods of entry as described below:

Activity Completion Method of Entry: To be entered into the Sweepstakes, JADPRO Live 2022 attendees who have paid their registration fees in full must complete activities within the JADPRO Live Virtual platform in order to earn points. The top 15 point earners will be then be entered into a random drawing to be eligible to win a prize.

Mail-In or email: Hand-write your complete name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP Code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½”x5” card (“Mail-In Entry”) and mail it with sufficient postage to: JADPRO Live Leaderboard Challenge Sweepstakes, c/o Harborside, 94 North Woodull Road, Huntington, NY 11743. Or email info@jadprolive.com. All Mail-In Entries must be received on or before November 7, 2022, in order to be eligible.
