Registration & General Questions

In-person: JADPRO Live 2023 will take place Thursday, November 9, through Sunday, November 12, at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, Florida.

On-Demand Access: November 20 through December 31.

Current APSHO members in good standing are eligible for the member rates. If you are not an APSHO member, you can join now.

Once you have joined, click the “APSHO Member Registration” button and log in using your APSHO.org username and password.

You will be sent an email confirmation only if your registration is paid in full. Please click the “View Receipt” button in your confirmation email to access your receipt.

Yes, registered participants may change their registration selection from in-person or on-demand only without penalty or change fees until November 2. After this date, please email registration@jadprolive.com.

Group rates are applicable for groups of 5 or more registrants from the same organization. The group discount is 10% off each applicable registration fee for the following registration types only: APSHO Member and Non-Member

Group registration is not applicable for Student, Patient Advocate, Exhibitor, or Healthcare Industry Professional registrations and cannot be combined with another discount program.

Yes, the discounted student rate ONLY applies to those currently enrolled in an advance practice education program leading to eligibility for licensure as one of the following:

  • Nurse practitioner
  • Physician assistant
  • Clinical nurse specialist
  • Pharmacist

Proof of student status must be provided (transcript, course load listing, or faculty letter).

All registration cancellations require written notification to the conference organizers at registration@jadprolive.com.

To reserve your hotel room in the JADPRO Live housing block, you must first register for the conference. Upon completion of your conference registration, you will receive a link to make your hotel reservation.

Please do not contact the hotel directly, as they will not accept your reservation at the negotiated group rate. To view our conference housing information and policies, click here.

Guests can attend the JADPRO Live welcome reception on Thursday, November 9, for a nominal fee. Guests will NOT be permitted to attend any certified or non-certified satellite symposia.

Guest registration rates are only available to guests of registered conference attendees who are in good standing.

A guest refers to a significant other or personal friend, not a business associate, staff colleague, or student.

Yes, substitution requests for the in-person conference only must be made in writing and submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original registrant by 5:00 pm EDT on Monday, November 6. Request may be sent to registration@jadprolive.com.

No substitutions will be honored onsite.

Yes, the full in-person conference registration rate includes the following meals during the live conference from November 9 through 12.

Thursday: Welcome reception
Friday and Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks
Sunday: Breakfast and refreshment break

Pre-conference activities at JADPRO Live will begin around 12:00 PM on Thursday, November 9.

Access to all in-person events November 9-12 and virtual access during the on-demand period of November 20 – December 31.

There will be 3 types of poster presentations this year. To view information on abstract submission for poster presentation, including guidelines, click here.

The submission deadline for all abstracts is Tuesday, August 1 at 11:59 PM ET.

APSHO members submitting abstracts for Clinical Poster presentation can take advantage of a pre-submission review. The deadline for this type of review is June 12. For more information, click here.
