Health & Safety

Your well-being is our top priority. Here is what we are doing to protect our participants.

JADPRO Live will comply with all local, state, and CDC guidelines and the policies at the Gaylord Rockies. Please visit this page often for the most updated information.

Vaccination and Testing Requirements

We ask all onsite participants (including attendees, supporters, faculty, staff, and guests) participating in JADPRO Live to provide eitherproof of full vaccination status or proof of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival at the conference.

All onsite participants will be considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna) or two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). In addition, a COVID-19 booster shot is strongly encouraged as extra protection.

Registrants who do not comply with the vaccination/testing requirement will not be able to participate in JADPRO Live and will not be allowed to enter the conference area.

Additional information on vaccine and testing verification will available closer to the event.

Mask Requirements

Currently, the State of Colorado and the city of Aurora do not require masks in public indoor spaces. However, the Tri-County Health Department still highly encourages masking in all indoor areas. For more information, please visit TCHD.org.

Masking requirements for conference participants will be determined based on local, state, and CDC guidelines at the time of the event.

The situation remains fluid; therefore, all conference details, including sessions, speakers, rooms, and COVID-19 precautions, are subject to change.

Be Well Policy

JADPRO Live will enforce its Be Well policy, which requires consent during registration by all participants as a condition of onsite participation. In addition, the policy includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms before traveling or while onsite in Colorado, you will reconsider your participation at the event.

To help ensure your safety and comfort during JADPRO Live, we are committed to robust and transparent communications during the event. Therefore, we encourage all participants to monitor communications from the meeting organizers to receive up-to-the-minute updates.

For the latest guidance, please visit the CDC Website for all local government regulations during the event.
