Group Registration

To register a group, please contact Tamiko Trotman at ttrotman@hbside.com. Group registration is not available online.

Group Registration Policy

When registering a group, you must provide a unique, accessible email address for each group registrant. Each individual's email address will be used to access the virtual conference platform and to claim continuing education credits. Due to the online nature of JADPRO Live Virtual, conference organizers will need to communicate directly with all registered attendees, including group registrants, to ensure access to content, provide updates regarding the release of content, as well as customer service. Access to the virtual conference platform will require a unique sign-on using the attendee's registration email and password. All new group registrations, change requests and/or cancellations must be done through ttrotman@hbside.com. New group registrations, changes and/or cancellations may be made through October 12, 2020.

Student Registration

Discounted student registration ONLY applies to those currently enrolled in an advanced practice education program leading to eligibility for licensure as one of the following:

Proof of student status must be provided (transcript, course load listing, or faculty letter). Please submit this information to ttrotman@hbside.com in order to complete your registration.

Registration Cancellation & Substitution Policies

All registration cancellations require written notification to conference organizers at ttrotman@hbside.com. Cancellations received on or before October 12, 2020, at 11:59 PM (EST) will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations made after October 12, 2020.
Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. Registration payments made via credit card will appear on your statement as a charge from "Harborside Press." Registration payments made via check will be refunded via check to the original payee. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks.

Transfer/Substitution Policy

Substitution requests must be made in writing and must be submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original registrant. Requests may be sent via email to ttrotman@hbside.com. No substitutions can be made after October 12, 2020.
