2022 JADPRO Live Leaderboard Challenge Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Eligibility: The 2022 JADPRO Live Leaderboard Challenge Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Harborside (the “Sponsor”), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and any entities involved in the administration, development, and execution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) and/or those living in the same household of each (those persons, whether related or not, who live in the same residence) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Period: : Entries will be accepted starting on November 5, 2022 at 8:00 am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ending at 8:00 PM Eastern Standard time (“EST”) on November 5, 2022. All entries must be received by 8:00PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 5, 2022. Sponsor’s time clock is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry as described below:
1. Activity Completion Method of Entry: To be entered into the Sweepstakes, JADPRO Live 2022 attendees who have paid their registration fees in full must complete activities within the JADPRO Live Virtual platform in order to earn points. The top 15 point earners will be then be entered into a random drawing to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that do not adhere to these Official Rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
2. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals can visit the Leaderboard Challenge page and follow the directions on the homepage to be entered into the random drawing.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted. If an email address is used to enter, and there is a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account or address, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple entries per person/email address/wireless telephone number in excess of the limit, or any use or suspected use of artifice, bots, robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to sweepstakes entry services/clubs) are prohibited; any entrant using/benefitting from such methods will be disqualified and their entries voided. Proof of entry submission is not proof of receipt or eligibility for this Sweepstakes. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No other forms of entry are valid.
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an Apple Watch Series 8, approximate retail value (“ARV”): $389.00. Four (4) Runner-up winnerswill be chosen to receive Apple AirPods Pro, approximate retail value (“ARV”): $239.00. Total Retail Value (“TRV”) for all prizes: approximately $1,345.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shipping and handling, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.
Release: Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any events occurring during, or as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize. Neither Sponsor, nor its subsidiaries and affiliates, are responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, or delayed entries, including, without limitation, those cause by any internet or postal failure. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected from all remaining eligible entries received.
Winner selection and notification: On or about November 7, 2022, the winners will be selected by random drawing and notified via email within five (5) days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) business days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return completed and executed Prize Claim Documents, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The receipt by a winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Publicity: By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to receive periodic emails from Sponsor. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails.
Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF PRIZES, AND ENTRANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO A PARTICULAR ENTRANT(S).
Governing Law and Disputes: The rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, in connection with the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules, including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability thereof, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law doctrine of any jurisdiction which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that, except where prohibited, any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and entrants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for any such dispute. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Winners List: For a list of prize winners, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: JADPRO Live Leaderboard Challenge, 94 North Woodhull Lane, Huntington NY 11743. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2022.
