JADPRO Live is committed to providing a safe, professional, and welcoming virtual meeting environment for all participants. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, supporters, staff, service providers, and others are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct Policy. This Policy applies to all components of the JADPRO Live Virtual conference, including those sponsored by organizations other than JADPRO Live but held in conjunction with the virtual conference.
JADPRO Live advocates a positive culture of inclusion and respect for the dignity of each individual. JADPRO Live reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, including the immediate removal of the offending party from the virtual conference without warning or refund. JADPRO Live also reserves the right to prohibit the offending party’s attendance at any future JADPRO Live virtual or in-person meeting.
JADPRO Live staff work diligently to provide a comfortable and secure environment during the registration process and virtual conference. Through a partnership with our virtual service provider, we are committed to ensuring the personal data of all conference participants is encrypted and secure. All conference participants will receive detailed instructions along with unique log-in credentials to access the virtual platform. This is to ensure participants’ safety and prevents outside parties from accessing and disturbing the virtual conference.
Photos, videos, and audio recordings may not be taken during the presentations without permission from the speaker. Reproducing and distributing session content is strictly prohibited.

(1) JADPRO LIVE android Apps use Google Analytics App Tracking, an analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics App Tracking uses "ID's", which are identifier generated and saved on your device, to help us analyse how the app is being used across users. The information about your use of the app (including your IP address) which is generated by the ID will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case of activation of the IP anonymisation, Google will truncate/anonymise the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA.
Google will use this information on our behalf for evaluating your use of the app, compiling reports on your activity in the app and other services relating to app activity and internet usage to us. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
You may refuse the logging of the information about your use of the app (including your IP Address) generated by the ID of Google Analytics App Tracking by selecting "disable Google Analytics" in the settings of the app. Henceforth, any further tracking will be stopped as you will have "opted-out" by selecting the disable setting. However, please note that this applies only to this version of the app. In other apps tracking still might be activated.

Android user: This data is stored on the SD card of your device and can be restored in case of app updates or reinstalling the app. If you change the location / file storage of backups manually, the app is unable to access your notes and bookmarks.
(3) You also have the possibility to send a feedback e-mail directly from the app. In the e-mail template, the software version of your device, the app version as well as the type of your device will be automatically included. This information is necessary to process your request; you do, however, have the option to delete this information from the e-mail, if you choose not to send it to us. During the meeting, there may be sessions in which attendees can turn on their devices’ camera and participate via video chat. The organizers of the conference encourage all attendees to take part via video so that they may better connect with their fellow attendees.
The purpose of this notice is to inform you that Harborside, the conference organizer of JADPRO Live, will be recording these sessions. By connecting via video, you acknowledge that Harborside may record your participation and that you consent to such a recording.
Your participation also confirms that Harborside may use your likeness solely in connection with the recordings without further permission from you. Furthermore, by connecting via video, you agree that the rights to use such recordings in connection with JADPRO Live are given by you without limitation and will apply to any format or means, media, and technologies now known.
Harborside will not edit recordings of these sessions in any way to alter their scientific and clinical reliability and relevance. Your participation does not give or grant permission or license to use the recordings for: (a) any activity that constitutes sales or marketing of any pharmaceutical product, device, technology or process; or (b) any activity directed at the general public or which can reasonably be described as medical advice or care.

JADPRO Live Virtual welcomes journalists and professional writers/reporters to attend the virtual conference, taking place October 15 to 23, 2020. Advance registration is required. The deadline for press registration is October 12, 2020. The conference organizers will provide press registrations on a limited basis to media professionals. This registration is not transferable.
