Additional Registrations

(Available to in-person, full conference registrants. Access to Welcome Reception only, as a guest of a registered attendee. Guest refers to a significant other or personal friend, not a business associate, staff colleague, or student. (Must be 21 years or older)

Registration Cancellation, Changes, and Substitution Policy

All registration cancellations and changes require written notification to conference organizers at JADPROLive@maritz.com.

Changes: Registered participants may change their registration selection from the in-person or virtual without penalty or change fees until October 18. Changes in registration selection will not be accepted after this date.

Registration Cancellation: Registration cancellations received by August 28 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received August 29 through September 17 will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after September 18.

All registration cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment. If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 7-14 business days of the request.

Hotel Cancellation: Canceling your conference registration will also cancel your hotel reservation. You will receive an email that the cancellation has been completed. Hotel room cancellations received on or after August 24, 2026 will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after September 21, 2026 will be charged one night’s room rate and tax. Cancel fees will be charged at the time of cancellation for each room reservation canceled. Please refer to our Hotel page on the JADPRO Live website for additional information.

Substitution: Substitution requests for in-person registrations must be made in writing and submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original registrant by 5:00 PM ET on Monday, October 12. Requests may be sent via email to JADPROLive@maritz.com. No substitutions will be honored onsite.

Group registration may be requested for 5 or more (5+) full-conference registrants from the same institution.
