Registration Cancellation, Changes, and Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and changes require written notification to conference organizers at JADPROLive@maritz.com.
Changes: Registered participants may change their registration selection from the in-person or virtual without penalty or change fees until October 16. Changes in registration selection will not be accepted after this date.
Registration Cancellation: Registration cancellations received by September 5 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received September 6 through September 25 will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after September 25.
All registration cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment. If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 7-14 business days of the request.
Hotel Cancellation: Canceling your conference registration will also cancel your hotel reservation. You will receive an email that the cancellation has been completed. Hotel room cancellations received between August 28, 2025 and October 1, 2025 will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after October 2, 2025 will be charged one night’s room rate and tax. Cancel fees will be charged at the time of cancellation for each room reservation canceled. Please refer to our Hotel page on the JADPRO Live website for additional information.
Substitution: Substitution requests for in-person registrations must be made in writing and submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original registrant by 5:00 PM ET on Monday, October 20. Requests may be sent via email to JADPROLive@maritz.com. No substitutions will be honored onsite.

Group Registration
To register a group, please contact us at JADPROLive@maritz.com. Group registration is applicable for 5 or more (5+) full-conference registrants from the same institution.
- 10% off each applicable registration fee for the following registration types only:
- APSHO Member professional or associate, and Non-Member advanced practitioner (NP, PA, CNS, PharmD), nurse, physician full conference registration
- Not applicable for Student, Patient Advocate, Industry Professional or Exhibitor registrations
- Group registration does not include pre-conference workshops and activities
- Group registration cannot be combined with another discount program (e.g., APSHO Institutional membership)

Make Your Case to Attend
We know you’re busy and CME budgets are limited. Sometimes it’s difficult to secure time off from work to participate in CME offerings. Here are some tips for getting approval to attend JADPRO Live:
- Ask for the time now! Put it on your calendar.
- Set up a process to ensure your work coverage during the meeting.
- Connect your facility’s mission, vision, and goals to the educational opportunities offered by JADPRO Live. Give examples of how your facility, practice, and patients will benefit from your attendance at this educational event.
- Present a cost estimate that includes the registration fee.
- APSHO members get discounted registration rates. One of the many benefits of being an APSHO Member is you save $150 off your registration.
- Offer to share a summary of your JADPRO Live experience with your colleagues.
