Q: When is JADPRO Live Virtual*?

Live Stage

Thursday, October 15 - Friday, October 23

Encore Stage

Monday, October 26 - Friday, November 6

On-Demand Stage

Friday, November 20 - Thursday, December 31

*NOTE: Access to all (3) components of the virtual conference are included in your conference registration. Registrations must be paid in full to receive access.

Q: What do I need to attend the virtual conference?

A: To attend the virtual conference, you will need a good internet connection, a computer and/or tablet device, and a valid registration.

Q: When do I need to log in?

A: All registered attendees will be sent log-in and access instructions to the virtual conference platform prior to October 15. Your log-in information will stay the same for the duration of the conference and will be used to access the encore presentations and on-demand content.

Q: What timezone will the live and encore stages take place?

A: All premiere and encore presentations are noted on the schedule in EASTERN TIME. For more specific information on the presentations, visit the conference agenda here.

Q: What if I have technical issues during the conference?

A: Technical support will be available at the Help Desk in the virtual conference platform, or email us at

Q: Will the presentations have live Q&A?

A: Yes, all premiere streamed and encore presentations will have a Q&A box where you can submit your questions to the faculty in real time throughout the presentation.

Q: If I am unable to attend the premiere showing of a presentation, can I access the session later on?

A: All CE sessions will be available for a second viewing (encore presentation). Check the schedule to see when the encore showing will be. From November 20 through December 31, all CE sessions will be available on demand, and you can access them at any time that suits your schedule.

Q: Will I be able to network with other attendees at the virtual conference?

A: We have a variety of networking opportunities available throughout the conference. Within the virtual platform, you can connect with fellow APs and industry partners through the chat feature. During all CE premiere and encore presentations, you can submit questions directly to faculty members. We also invite registered attendees to join us for Braindates, Virtual Happy Hour with SongDivision, Conversation Circles, and Moderated Posters. View the updated schedule here.

Q: Why should I attend the premiere and encore stages?

A: You’ll have the greatest opportunity to maximize your overall conference experience during the premiere and encore stages. The majority of attendees, faculty, and industry partners will be online during this time, and it is the best chance to meet and network with them.

Q: Will I need the Zoom Meeting Client during the virtual conference?
