Reserve your room in the official JADPRO Live housing block

• Allows us to continue providing discounted room rates and keeps conference registration rates down.

Guestrooms are limited. Register early to secure your room at the discounted room rate. The discounted room rate is available through Friday, September 18, or until the conference block is filled. After the conference block is filled, additional hotel rooms may be available and higher rates may apply.

How to Make Your Hotel Reservation

To reserve your hotel room within the official housing block, you must first register for JADPRO Live.

You'll be able to reserve a hotel room during the registration process.

Please do not contact the hotel directly, as they will not accept your reservations.

Reservation Acknowledgment

A reservation acknowledgment will be sent within 24 hours of booking via email. If you do not receive your acknowledgment within this time frame, contact Maritz at JADPROLive@Maritz.com.

NOTE: You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.

Housing Policies

• All reservations should be made with the official JADPRO Live 2026 Housing Service Provider, Maritz.
• Reservations should be made online once your conference registration is complete.
• Reservations must be received by Maritz by September 18, 2026. After September 21, the discounted room rate is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
• A credit card guarantee for one night’s room and tax is required at the time of reservation for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT be charged during this initial stage and will be held as a guarantee only.
• Cancellations received between August 24 – September 17, 2026, will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after September 18, 2026, will be charged one night’s room rate and tax. Fees will be charged at the time of cancellation for each room reservation canceled. 
• On or after September 21, 2026, a deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged by the hotel to the credit card on file.
• Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel any hotel reservation in the housing block that is not accompanied by a confirmed conference registration.
