Please note: JADPRO Live does NOT sell the attendee list nor authorize any third party to do so. Don’t be fooled by offers from other parties using the APSHO or JADPRO Live name or logo. They are NOT affiliated with APSHO or the JADPRO Live conference and are fraudulent. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to karen.decker@conexiant.com immediately.
Register Your Booth Staff
Exhibitor registration will be available mid-June. Registration will only be available to confirmed exhibiting companies. Not sure if your company is exhibiting? Review the floor plan here to search for your company name.
- The main contact for each exhibiting organization will receive an email with login information to register exhibitors. This email will come from registration@jadprolive.com.
- Only the main contact will be able to assign and register staff for badges.
- If you have questions or need assistance with your log-in information, please email karen.decker@conexiant.com.
- Once the main contact completes registration information, each exhibitor will receive an email to finalize their registration. Badges are not confirmed until this step is completed.
- A limited number of complimentary registrations are included. This allotment is based on your booth size and sponsorship participation. Additional badges, over and above your allotment, may be purchased during the registration process.
- All exhibitors must have a badge to access the show floor.
Book Your Accommodations
We are excited to be in Grapevine, Texas at the Gaylord Texan for JADPRO Live 2024. We have a negotiated discounted room rate at the Gaylord and encourage you to book within the block and book early as rooms do go fast.
Registered exhibitors will receive a link and access code to book their hotel room in their registration confirmation email. Our official housing provider is Orchid Events.
Note: You must be registered for JADPRO Live to book a hotel room.
Things to Know
- Negotiated discounted room rate of $264 + tax/fees per night (single or double occupancy)
- Reservations must be made through the official housing provider, Orchid Events. Please do not contact the hotel directly as they will not accept your reservations.
- Once you are registered by your main booth contact, you must complete your registration to receive the link to book housing. If you do not receive this information, please contact info@jadprolive.com for support.
Exhibitors Requiring a Room Block (10 or more rooms)
Reserve a block of 10 or more rooms through the Group Block Request form. Hotel room blocks are for qualified exhibitors only on a first come, first served basis. Qualified exhibitors must have submitted a contract for exhibit space prior to requesting hotel rooms, and all guests must be registrants of the conference, or the room reservation will not be valid and will be subject to cancellation.
Key Dates for Exhibitor Blocks
By September 10
Submit a complete rooming list with names and credit card information for each reservation or all room blocks held. After this date, rooms without individual names associated with them will be canceled.
September 10 to October 3
The credit card on file will be charged 80% of the entire reservation stay exclusive of tax for each room released.
On or After October 4
The credit card on file will be charged 100% of the entire reservation stay exclusive of tax for each room released or canceled.
Exhibitor Sub-Block Cancellation Policy
By securing a room block through Orchid Events, it is understood that these rooms are held exclusively for your organization and is relying on each room to be utilized. If you release rooms held or cancel reservations, the following cancellation fees will be applied to each room that is released or canceled and will be charged to the credit card on file. Hotel will charge credit cards on file for full, inclusive of tax, non-refundable payment of each reservation on or after October 24, 2024.
- 80% of the entire reservation stay exclusive of tax for each room released or canceled between Sept 10 - Oct 3, 2024.
- 100% of the entire reservation stay exclusive of tax for each room released or canceled on or after October 4, 2024.
