Register Your Booth Staff
Registration for exhibitors will open in mid-June and will only be available for confirmed exhibiting companies. If you’re not sure if your company is exhibiting, search the floor plan here to search for your company name.
- The main contact for each exhibiting company will receive an email with login information to access the exhibitor portal and a link to access the registration platform. This email will come from jadpro-events@jadpro.com.
- Only the main contact will be able to assign and register staff for badges.
- If you have questions or need assistance with your login information, please email karen.decker@conexiant.com.
- A limited number of complimentary registrations are included. This allotment is based on your booth size and sponsorship participation. Additional badges over your allotment may be purchased during the registration process by the main contact.
- All exhibitors must have a badge to access the show floor.
Book Your Accommodations
We are excited to be in National Harbor, Maryland, for JADPRO Live 2025. We have a negotiated discounted room rate at the Gaylord National of $284 + taxes/fees per night (single or double occupancy). We encourage you to book early within the official housing block, as rooms fill quickly.
All exhibitor housing requirements can be managed from your exhibitor registration dashboard.
Reservations must be made through the official housing provider, Maritz. Please do not contact the hotel directly, as they will not accept your reservations.

Note: You must be registered for JADPRO Live in order to reserve a hotel room within the block.
Official JADPRO Live Housing Provider
JADPRO Live is pleased to partner with Maritz as our official housing provider to coordinate hotel reservations for the conference. As a conference registrant or exhibitor, you may be contacted by “housing pirates” pretending to be staff from JADPRO, APSHO, or Maritz. Don't be fooled by offers from other parties using the APSHO or JADPRO Live name: they are NOT affiliated with APSHO or the JADPRO Live conference. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to JADPROLive@maritz.com right away.

Reserve a Room Block (10 or more rooms)
To reserve an exhibitor room block of 10 or more rooms, the main contact can make a request through the JADPRO Live Registration Portal.
Hotel room blocks are for qualified exhibitors on a first come, first served basis. Qualified exhibitors must have submitted a contract for exhibit space prior to requesting hotel rooms. All guests must be registrants of the conference or the room reservation will not be valid and will be subject to cancellation.
By securing an exhibitor room block through Maritz, it is understood that these rooms are held exclusively for your organization, and it is expected that each room to be utilized. If you release rooms or cancel reservations, the cancellation fees listed below will be applied to each room that is released or canceled and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Key Dates for Exhibitor Blocks
By August 29
A complete rooming list with names and credit card information for each reservation or for all room blocks held must be submitted by August 29, 2025. After this date, rooms without individual names will be cancelled.
Between August 30 and September 19
80% of the entire reservation stay exclusive of tax for each room released or canceled between August 30 and September 19, 2025, will be charged.
On or After October 1
100% of the entire reservation stay exclusive of tax for each room released or canceled on or after October 1, 2025, will be charged.
On or After October 2
Hotels will charge credit cards on file for full, inclusive of tax, non-refundable payment of each reservation on or after October 2, 2025.

Travel Advisory
Passed by Congress in 2005, the REAL ID Act established minimum security standards for state-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards and prohibits federal agencies, like the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), from accepting licenses and identification cards for official purposes from states that do not meet these standards.
Beginning May 7, 2025, anyone 18 years and older that plans to fly domestically will need a REAL ID or another acceptable form of identification.
