All exhibitor housing requirements can be managed from your exhibitor registration dashboard.

We are excited to be in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for JADPRO Live 2026. We have a negotiated discounted room rates with the hotels listed below. We encourage you to book early within the official housing block, as rooms fill quickly. Note: You must be registered for JADPRO Live in order to reserve a hotel room within the block.

Distance to Convention Center: All three hotels are a short walk through an enclosed/temperature-controlled skyway.

Official JADPRO Live Housing Provider

JADPRO Live is pleased to partner with Maritz as our official housing provider to coordinate hotel reservations for the conference. As a conference registrant or exhibitor, you may be contacted by “housing pirates” pretending to be staff from JADPRO, APSHO, or Maritz. Don't be fooled by offers from other parties using the APSHO or JADPRO Live name: they are NOT affiliated with APSHO or the JADPRO Live conference. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to JADPROLive@maritz.com right away.

Housing Policies

Exhibitor Sub-Blocks: Reserve a Room Block (10 or more rooms)

To reserve an exhibitor room block of 10 or more rooms, the main contact can make a request through the JADPRO Live Registration Portal.

Hotel room blocks are for qualified exhibitors on a first come, first served basis. Qualified exhibitors must have submitted a contract for exhibit space prior to requesting hotel rooms. All guests must be registrants of the conference or the room reservation will not be valid and will be subject to cancellation.

By securing an exhibitor room block through Maritz, it is understood that these rooms are held exclusively for your organization, and it is expected that each room to be utilized. If you release rooms or cancel reservations, the cancellation fees listed below will be applied to each room that is released or canceled and will be charged to the credit card on file.
