The JADPRO Live team is committed to providing you with guidance and support for a rewarding exhibitor experience. To help you prepare, we’ve compiled answers to frequently asked questions about exhibiting at JADPRO Live 2026.

General Information

JADPRO Live takes place at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from October 15 through 18, 2026.

The Exhibit Hall is located on Level One of the Minneapolis Convention Center in Exhibit Hall C.

Pricing varies between sponsorship opportunities and booth options. To discuss both pricing options and availability, please email alyssa.castellano@conexiant.com or call 201-419-3102.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Alyssa Hulahan-Castellano at alyssa.castellano@conexiant.com or call 201-419-3102.

On or before June 30, 2026: You will receive a full refund, less the $500 administration fee.
On or after July 1, 2026: No refund will be made for any cancellation received.

The JADPRO Live registration list is NOT available for purchase. Only platinum, gold, silver, and bronze sponsors will receive a registration list of attendees. For questions, please contact alyssa.castellano@conexiant.com.

Exhibitor Registration and Booth Personnel

Confirmed exhibitors can register for badges and reserve hotel rooms via the registration platform. Only the booth’s main contact will have access to the portal with the exhibitors’ complimentary allotments and the ability to purchase additional registrations. If you need to change the main contact, please contact Exhibits@JADPROLive.com.

All exhibitors must have a badge to access the show floor. If you have questions or need assistance with your login information, please email JADPROLive@maritz.com.

All PAID exhibitor conference registration cancellations require written notification to the conference organizers at JADPROLive@maritz.com. Registration cancellations received by August 29 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received August 30 through September 17 will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after September 18, 2026. Yes, lead retrieval can be purchased on the registration platform. The lead retrieval app requires cellular service or Wi-Fi to download and activate. Once downloaded and activated, cellular service/wi-fi is not needed, but you will need it again to sync your leads. The lead retrieval desk will be located inside the Exhibit Hall.

Two (2) Exhibit Hall-Only badges are included with each 10’ x 10’ booth, and additional passes can be purchased for $275. If you have any registration questions, please email JADPROLive@maritz.com or call 864-208-2922.

No, anyone attending sessions must have a full conference registration.

All exhibitors must pre-register online before arriving onsite. Note that onsite registrations will not be accepted. Exhibitor badges can be picked up at the registration desk.

You must be officially registered for JADPRO Live to book a hotel room. The main contact will book the booth staffs’ hotel rooms within the official housing block via the official registration site. JADPRO Live is pleased to partner with Maritz as the official housing provider. Please do not contact the hotel directly, as direct hotel reservations will not be accepted.

To reserve an exhibitor room or a block of 10 or more rooms, requests can be made and managed through the JADPRO Live Registration Portal by the main exhibitor contact.

Hotel room blocks are for qualified exhibitors only on a first-come, first-served basis. To be eligible, exhibitors must have submitted a contract for exhibit space prior to requesting hotel rooms. All guests must be registered conference attendees; otherwise, the room reservation will be invalid and subject to cancellation.

Parking is available at the Convention Center.

We highly recommend shipping your materials to the advance warehouse.

Early move-in is only available on Tuesday, October 13, and you must receive prior approval from JADPRO Live show management. Exhibitors cannot begin dismantling before the show closes at 4:55 pm on Saturday, October 17. Penalties may apply.

All booths are 10' x 10' but can be joined to create larger spaces.

Each 10’ x 10’ booth space includes the following:

  • 8’ high drapery backwall – green/silver
  • 3’ high drapery sidewall – green/silver
  • 1 - 7” x 44” booth identification sign
  • Two (2) Exhibit Hall Only badges
  • Company logo and 50-word description listed in the printed conference guide*, mobile app, and website.
  • Participation in the Exhibit Hall passport program

Available only if a booth is secured before August 14.

All exhibitors must agree to follow the rules and regulations for JADPRO Live 2026, as outlined in the exhibitor portal. Booth guidelines and specifications are also available in the official exhibitor kit from Levy Expositions. Questions? Please contact exhibits@jadprolive.com.

The official general services contractor for JADPRO Live 2026 is Levy Exposition Services. Their customer service department can be reached at operations@levyshow.com or 604-277-1726. Their service desk will be located directly outside the Exhibit Hall entrance.

The exhibitor kit will be emailed to the main booth contact in early June.

No. All furnishings, including carpets, chairs, tables, and wastebaskets, can be rented through the official general services contractor, Levy Exposition Services. Levy will provide each exhibitor with a secure online platform to place their order. Unique links will be emailed to each exhibitor.

Yes. Carpet and flooring is required at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
