The Exhibitor FAQ is designed to make the exhibitor experience as quick, easy, and rewarding as possible. We are committed to providing you with the guidance and support necessary.

All booths are 10’ x 10’ but can be joined to create larger spaces.
Each 10’ x 10’ booth space includes the following:
- 8’ high drapery backwall – blue/silver
- 3’ high drapery sidewall – blue/silver
- 1 - 7” x 44” booth identification sign
- Two (2) Exhibit Hall Only badges
- Company logo and 50-word description listed in the printed conference guide,* mobile app, and website.
- Participation in the exhibit hall passport program
*If a booth is secured before September 9.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Jessica Tamasi at jessica.tamasi@conexiant.com.
On or before July 31, 2024 – you will receive a full refund, less the $500 administration fee.
On or after August 1, 2024 – no refund will be made for any cancellation received after July 31, 2024.
All exhibitors must agree to follow the rules and regulations for JADPRO Live 2024 found in the exhibitor portal. Booth guidelines and specifications are also available in the official exhibitor kit from Levy Expositions. Questions? Please contact Karen Decker at karen.decker@conexiant.com.
The official General Services Contractor (GSC) for JADPRO Live 2024 is Levy Exposition Services: Customer Service Department, 604-277-1726, or operations@levyshow.com.
The exhibitor kit will be emailed to the main booth contact in early July.
Detailed instructions will be available via the exhibitor portal and exhibitor kit from Levy Expositions.
No. All furnishings, including carpets, chairs, tables, and wastebaskets, can be rented through the Official GSC, Levy Exposition Services. Levy will provide each exhibitor with a secure online platform to place their order. Unique links will be emailed to each exhibitor.

Lead retrieval is available for purchase via Streampoint Solutions. The link with purchase instructions can be accessed via the exhibitor portal.
Registration will only be available to confirmed exhibiting companies. The main contact for each exhibiting organization will receive an email with login information to register their booth staff using their complimentary allotments. This allotment is based on your booth size and sponsorship participation. Additional badges, over and above your allotment, may be purchased during registration.
All exhibitors must have a badge to access the show floor. If you have questions or need assistance with your login information, please email Karen Decker at karen.decker@conexiant.com.
All exhibitors must pre-register online prior to arriving onsite. Note, onsite registrations will not be accepted. Badges can be picked up at registration on Level 3 of the Gaylord Texan Convention Center.
You must be registered for JADPRO Live to book a hotel room. Registered exhibitors will receive a link to book their hotel room within the official housing block via their registration confirmation email. JADPRO Live is pleased to partner with Orchid Events as our official housing provider. Please do not contact the hotel directly, as hotel reservations will not be accepted.
The JADPRO Live registration list is NOT available for purchase; it is only available via sponsorship. Only the platinum, gold, silver, and bronze sponsors will receive a registration list of attendees. Questions? Please contact karen.decker@conexiant.com.
