General Information
JADPRO Live 2025 takes place in person from Thursday, October 23, through Sunday, October 26, at the Gaylord National in National Harbor, Maryland. View the agenda to see which sessions will be livestreamed.
The on-demand period to watch CE-accredited sessions is open from November 5 through December 31. Please note that pre-conference activities, peer roundtables, and moderated poster sessions are not available on demand.
To reserve your hotel room in the JADPRO Live housing block, you must first register for the conference. If you did not reserve your hotel room during registration, please refer back to your registration confirmation email to edit your registration and add housing. We recommend reserving your hotel room as soon as possible, hotel rooms at the discounted rate will only be available until October 1 or until the conference room block is filled.
Please do not contact the hotel directly, as they will not accept your reservation at the negotiated group rate.

Yes. The Full-Conference, In-Person registration rate includes the following meals during the live conference from October 23 through 26.
Thursday: Welcome reception
Friday and Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks
Sunday: Breakfast and refreshment break
At the Exhibit Hall, you have exclusive access to industry professionals who provide important products and services for oncology. You can also meet up with colleagues, view posters and meet their presenters, network with advanced practice peers, attend presentation theaters, enjoy refreshments, and much more!

Pre-conference activities begin at 9:00 am on Thursday, October 23, so plan your travel accordingly. View the registration page for information on pre-conference workshops and activities. .
You may add one guest to your Full-Conference, In-Person registration to attend the JADPRO Live welcome reception on Thursday, October 23, for a nominal fee. Guests will NOT be permitted to attend any certified or non-certified satellite symposia.
A guest refers to a significant other or personal friend, and not a business associate, staff colleague, or student. Guests must be 21 years age or older.

Yes, a private lactation/mother's room will be available. Please stop by the registration desk for access. This room is only available during conference hours.
You’ll receive an email before the conference with instructions on how to download and log into the conference app. Through the app, you can favorite sessions and build your schedule.

If you are a current APSHO member in good standing, you are eligible for the APSHO member rate. If you are not a member, you can join APSHO now.
The cost of joining APSHO for 1 year combined with the member rate is still lower than the non-member rate!
You can add pre-conference workshops and activities to your registration during the conference registration process. Pre-conference workshops are associated with an additional fee.
You will be sent an email confirmation only if your registration is paid in full.

Yes. Registered participants may change their registration selection from in-person or virtual only without penalty or change fees until October 16. After this date, please email JADPROLive@maritz.com.
Groups of 5 or more registrants from the same organization may request a group discount. The group discount is 10% off each applicable full-conference registration rate for the following registration types only: APSHO Member, professional, or associate; or Non-Member, Advanced Practitioner (NP, PA, CNS, PharmD), nurse, or physician.
Please note that group registration is only applicable to the JADPRO Live full conference registration rate and does not include pre-conference workshops. Student, Patient Advocate, Exhibitor, Industry Professional, and APSHO Institutional Member registration rates are not eligible for group registration. Group registration may not be combined with another discount program. To register a group, please contact JADPROLive@maritz.com.
Yes. The discounted student rate applies only to students currently enrolled in an advance practice education program leading to eligibility for licensure as one of the following:
- Nurse practitioner
- Physician assistant
- Clinical nurse specialist
- Pharmacist
Proof of student status must be uploaded during the registration process (transcript, course load listing, or faculty letter).
Please note that the student rate does not apply to licensed professional APs enrolled in higher-education programs.
All registration cancellations require written notification to the conference organizers at JADPROLive@maritz.com.

Yes. Substitution requests for the in-person conference must be made in writing and submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original registrant by Monday, October 20 by 5:00 PM EDT. Requests may be sent to JADPROLive@maritz.com
No substitutions will be allowed onsite.

Abstracts/Posters
The submission deadline for all poster types is July 23 at 11:59 EDT.
APSHO members submitting abstracts for Clinical Poster presentation can take advantage of a pre-submission review. The deadline for this type of review is May 12. View the poster guidelines here.
Yes. Poster presenters are responsible for creating, printing, shipping/transport, and displaying their posters on site at the conference. View the full guidelines.
Clinical Poster and Patient Advocacy Poster abstracts must be submitted by the person who will present the poster if accepted. Industry Encore Posters may be submitted by an original author, industry representative, or an industry partner.
Late-breaking data deadlines and deadline extensions are not planned for abstracts and posters.
Yes. If your Clinical Poster abstract, Patient Advocacy abstract, or Industry Encore Poster is accepted as a poster presentation, you must be registered for the in-person conference to present during moderated poster times. The abstract and poster coordinator will be in touch with all the details you need to know to prepare for the conference based on your poster type.
